- Payment is due upon receipt of this invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Upon receipt of payment, Voodoo Mods LLC will initiate the delivery process as outlined in the purchase agreement.
- The Customer acknowledges receipt of goods/services in satisfactory condition unless otherwise notified within 14 days of delivery.
- Voodoo Mods LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product/service.
- Any warranty provided is outlined in the specific terms of the product/service purchased and is subject to the terms and conditions specified therein.
- This invoice and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Adams County, Aurora Colorado.
- Refunds or returns are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the purchase agreement and must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Voodoo Mods LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Customer.
